Merchandiser​/Stocker

O'Reilly Automotive is seeking a Merchandiser/Stocker to support a clean, well-stocked, and customer-ready store. In this on-site role, you will stock shelves, rotate and face products, follow planograms, and help receive and organize deliveries. You'll assist customers in locating items, maintain store and stockroom cleanliness, and follow all safety and lifting guidelines. Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and displays with automotive parts and accessories
• Rotate and face products to maintain a clean, organized sales floor
• Check inventory levels and assist with backroom organization
• Follow planograms and merchandising standards for promotions and resets
• Assist customers in locating products and provide basic product information
• Maintain store cleanliness, including aisles, stockroom, and displays
• Receive, unload, and break down vendor and warehouse deliveries
• Follow all safety, lifting, and equipment-handling procedures
