Planning Coordinator

Our organization is expanding and we are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Experience Planning Coordinator. In this role, you will assist with organizing travel arrangements, reviewing itinerary components, and supporting clients throughout the preparation of their upcoming trips.

• Support travelers by helping organize trip details based on their destination interests and timelines
• Review available lodging, transportation, and activity options using approved booking resources
• Provide accurate planning information that helps clients move forward confidently with their arrangements
• Respond to planning inquiries through email, phone conversations, and online messaging platforms
• Assist with confirming reservations and addressing itinerary adjustments when needed
• Keep client files updated and ensure planning records remain accurate and complete
• Take part in onboarding sessions and ongoing development opportunities provided by the team
