By keeping the stockroom clean, well-organized, and fully operational, you’ll support the entire store team and contribute to an exceptional customer experience.

• Assist in daily warehouse operations
  , ensuring accurate and timely processing of online customer orders.
• Support order picking
  , packing, labeling, and shipping to guarantee on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels
  and coordinate with purchasing/receiving teams to maintain stock accuracy.
• Utilize warehouse management systems
  (WMS) to track orders, inventory, and performance metrics.
• Conduct regular quality control checks
  to ensure correct order fulfillment and reduce returns.
• Provide outstanding customer service, focusing on understanding customer needs, solving their problems, and offering complete, tailored solutions.
• Be a brand ambassador, sharing your product knowledge and passion for outdoor and tactical gear to help customers make informed choices.
• Support daily stockroom operations, including restocking, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
• Engage with team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace.

Pay Range: $12.17 - $15.00 per hour
