Motus Marketing is hiring Entry Level Sales Representatives to represent nationally recognized brands inside major retail locations throughout Albuquerque and surrounding areas. We provide paid, hands‑on training — no prior sales experience required.

This is ideal for someone who is competitive, people-oriented, and looking for more than just a job.

• Work inside established retail stores engaging customers face‑to‑face
• Educate customers on products and current promotions
• Generate new customers and increase brand awareness
• Hit individual and team performance goals
• Learn sales strategy, leadership skills, and business fundamentals

• Weekly pay (base pay + uncapped commissions)
• Average representatives earn $750–$1500 per week
• Performance bonuses and incentives
• Paid training and ongoing mentorship
• Clear promotion path into leadership within 6–12 months based on performance
