We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in business development
, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth across the building and construction industry
. The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. A background in B2B sales

, and familiarity with bidding on projects
. This position involves developing new leads, managing existing accounts, and delivering compelling product demos to clients.

Duties
  • Meeting with project managers across various companies.
  • Manage a existing and new clients, ensuring consistent growth through strategic planning and customer engagement.
  • Conduct inside sales activities including follow-up calls, email outreach, and bidding on new projects.
  • Meeting with company staff and coordinating project deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to facilitate upselling and long-term retention.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
  • Support the installation team with project deadlines and new projects.
Skills
  • Proven experience in construction sales.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of sales management

    , and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
  • Proficiency with bidding on up and coming projects.
  • Demonstrated ability in negotiation
    , closing deals, and handling objections confidently.

  • Experience with calling on existing leads and developing new business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of construction and fencing products or services is a plus but not required.
