We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team.

- Meeting with project managers across various companies.
- Manage a existing and new clients, ensuring consistent growth through strategic planning and customer engagement.
- Conduct inside sales activities including follow-up calls, email outreach, and bidding on new projects.
- Meeting with company staff and coordinating project deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to facilitate upselling and long-term retention.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
- Support the installation team with project deadlines and new projects.
- Proven experience in construction sales.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
- Strong understanding of sales management

, and customer service principles. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
- Proficiency with bidding on up and coming projects.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation

- Experience with calling on existing leads and developing new business opportunities.
- Knowledge of construction and fencing products or services is a plus but not required.
