Role:

As our HVAC Sales Manager, you'll spearhead the launch and growth of our HVAC services, targeting both residential and commercial markets. Your goal will be to build a robust client base, focusing on energy-efficient and sustainable HVAC solutions that complement our existing solar offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition and Expansion:
    Implement strategies for cold calling, B2B marketing, and networking to establish and grow our HVAC client base.
  • Market Penetration:
    Identify opportunities within our current customer base to introduce HVAC solutions, enhancing our integrated offerings.
  • Solution
    -Oriented Sales:
    Conduct assessments of existing HVAC systems and provide homeowners and businesses with tailored, energy
    -efficient upgrades or replacements.
  • Customer Consultation:
    Serve as a trusted advisor, offering expertise on the latest in HVAC technology, including high
    -efficiency systems and renewable energy integrations.
  • Project

    Collaboration:

    Ensure seamless communication between sales, operations, and clients, from the initial proposal to the successful implementation of HVAC solutions.
  • Sales Strategy Development:
    Organize daily activities to maximize outreach and sales opportunities, focusing on both residential and commercial sectors.
  • Professional Growth and Team Leadership:
    Build and nurture a high
    -performing sales team dedicated to advancing Solar Works Energy's mission in the HVAC market.
Requirements:
  • Experience:

    Proven track record in HVAC sales, with a deep understanding of both residential and commercial markets.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    Strong foundation in HVAC systems, energy efficiency standards, and sustainable practices.
  • Sales Expertise:
    Exceptional negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Strategic Thinker:
    Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with our mission of sustainability.
  • Credentials: A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed within the service area.
