Position: Sales Representatives needed!!
The Garcia Automotive Group represents the most exciting, innovative brands on the market, located in our inviting, state-of-the-art facilities! Being the largest auto group in the state doesn't make us the best. Our loyal, repeat clients and amazing staff do!

We are currently looking for experienced Automotive Sales Representatives. Come join our team! Have fun, make money, and work outside the box (cubicle)!

Our current Sales Reps make between: $40,000-$100,000!!!
* Some make $100K+

Responsibilities

• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the in's & the out's of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your 'A game' & positive attitude with you every day

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours (open until 7 on weekdays and Saturday, Sunday
  * Must be comfortable working 40-50hrs a week more hours worked = more sales = more commission!
• Honest, ambitious, and charismatic
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in's & out's
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers
• History of favorable CSI scores
• Strong record of previous automotive sales
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
