We’re hiring a Junior Studio Partner (Sales Consultant / Sales Associate) to join our Albuquerque team. If you’re driven by results, love connecting with people, and want a fast-growing company that invests in your career, this opportunity is for you.
What You’ll Do- Guide clients through consultations and whitening sessions with confidence and care
- Sell whitening treatment plans and retail products using a proven process
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and studio sales goals
- Maintain a professional, compliant, and welcoming studio environment
- Collaborate with leadership for continued growth and skill development
- 2+ years of commission-based sales experience (fitness, solar, auto, telecom, or pest control)
- Strong interpersonal and closing skills
- A coachable, performance-driven mindset
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Compensation: $55,000–$78,000 per year (base + tips + uncapped commission)
