Outside Sales Representative Commercial (Company Vehicle + Uncapped Commission) –

Earn $70,000–$92,000+ in your first year with a company vehicle, gas card, and uncapped commission.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll build relationships and generate new business in your assigned territory.

• Prospect and generate new commercial customers
• Conduct property inspections and recommend service solutions
• Prepare quotes and close sales in the field
• Manage and grow your sales territory
• Deliver excellent customer service and follow-up

• Company vehicle + gas card
• Uncapped commission + base pay
• Earnings potential: $70K–$96K+ annually
• Paid training program (no industry experience required)
• PTO, holidays, and benefits package

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Sales experience preferred (outside sales, service, or customer-facing roles)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Full-time, Monday–Friday + some Saturdays as needed
• Local travel within assigned territory
