Job Summary

Waterworks Municipal Outside Sales Representative required in West Texas. Field‑based sales role, maintains and expands vendor and customer relationships, works across the territory. Provides product quote, problem resolution, sales strategy, and uses CRM (Salesforce).

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and assigned customer base, ensuring satisfaction from order to delivery.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the current customer base through new account targeting.
  • Perform product quotation and problem resolution, analyze competition and devise sales strategies, communicate strategy to management.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Document all sales activity in Salesforce for pipeline evaluation and sales closure measurement.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years industry‑related sales experience preferred.
  • Results‑oriented, self‑motivated, able to complete tasks timely, build relationships, and enjoy a team environment.
  • Excellent communication, time management, organizational, problem‑solving, leadership, and listening skills.
  • General digital literacy.
  • Self‑motivator, able to multi‑task and learn quickly.
Compensation & Benefits

Commission eligible. Estimated total compensation range $60,000 - $110,000 annually. Includes fuel card, auto allowance, travel/expense card, company cell phone & laptop, health, dental, vision, paid time off, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, mental health coverage, gender affirming and family building benefits, paid parental leave, associate discounts, community involvement opportunities, etc.
