Account Manager - Outside Sales

Qual Chem is a nationwide chemical company established in 1984 and incorporated in 2004. We manufacture all chemicals in the U.S. and serve military, hotels, hospitals, school districts, municipalities, senior housing, golf courses, and federal government customers. We are expanding rapidly in 2023 and are looking for energetic, self‑motivated sales professionals to cover the New Mexico market. Sales experience is required;

we can train you if you are the right fit.

Our chemicals are listed on the Critical Infrastructure sector and are needed by large businesses. First‑year commissions can earn $100,000 to $200,000, and with repeat orders in subsequent years you can reach $300,000 or more.

• Independent contractor 1099 position (no ceiling on commissions)
• Weekly commission pay
• Clients reorder monthly
• No driving on freeways (territory is within or close to your residence if possible)
• Comprehensive sales training on our products and effective demonstration techniques
• Customer service department handles orders and supports clients
• Reliable distribution centers ship orders
• Must provide your own car with proof of insurance
• Must provide cell phone and computer with email access and strong computer skills
• Background check is mandatory

• Cold‑call new accounts in person (face‑to‑face)
• Manage and grow business within existing accounts
• Self‑starting, independent mentality
• Work with minimal supervision
