• Engage customers enthusiastically and explain product features.
• Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with account statements, bill payments, and service changes.
• Make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process general service requests.
• Act as brand ambassador, promoting Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Maintain detailed product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Adjust to a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store constantly.

Base Pay: $14.55 per hour. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $22.24 per hour. Sales positions are eligible for commission; non‑sales positions are eligible for bonus. Comcast also provides best‑in‑class benefits to eligible employees.
