Outside Sales Representative Job Description Summary

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will generate profitable business from the range of equipment that your profit center specializes in. You will develop your assigned territory, implement sales plans to grow business, maintain current customer base, and help build the national Sunbelt branding identity.

• Develop assigned territory and generate new business opportunities.
• Implement sales plans to grow revenue and maintain existing customer accounts.
• Build and uphold Sunbelt's brand identity in the market.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs.

• 4‑year college degree in a related field with at least 1 year of related experience OR 3‑4 years of related sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and computer skills.
• Knowledge of ground protection, construction, or specialty industrial equipment preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred in some locations.

Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.

• Base salary range: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00.
