Job Description
Become a part of our caring community. As a Home Health Account Executive, you will call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home health care services and build and maintain referral source relationships.
Responsibilities- Prepare business plans and maintain target lists, prioritizing accounts according to the market sales plan.
- Gather and organize account‑related information and provide input on significant customer opportunities.
- Report to the Market Executive of Sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Health‑Related Science (e.g., Nursing), or equivalent with a minimum of two years of health care or related industry sales experience.
- Previous home health care sales experience, especially selling to physicians, case managers, and in SNFs, or experience as a clinical liaison is highly preferred.
- Experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM.
- Microsoft Office proficiency required.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
Scheduled Weekly
Hours:
40 hours per week.
Pay Range: $58,700 - $78,500 per year (starting base pay; may vary by location and individual qualifications).
Commission incentive plan eligibility based upon company and/or individual performance.
