Position: Sales Associate, Apartments.com - Albuquerque, NM

Sales Associate –  (CoStar Group), Albuquerque, NM.

Responsibilities
  • Business Development – Prospect opportunities and identify upsell and renewal opportunities using CoStar market data.
  • Relationship Management – Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor and grow revenue.
  • Business Industry Acumen – Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies, multifamily real‑estate trends, and market dynamics.
  • Teamwork – Partner with internal teams to drive sales revenue and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Focus – Provide outstanding support, share market insights, and offer solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
External Applicants – Qualifications
  • Three or more years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or advertising; or equivalent experience in the multifamily industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a consultative environment.
  • Commitment to previous employers.
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to drive regularly throughout the workday.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person institution.
Internal Applicants – Qualifications
  • At least 18 months of successful CoStar Group sales experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a consultative environment.
  • Commitment to prior employers.
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to drive regularly throughout the workday.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person institution.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Ability to analyze data, build reports, and make strategic recommendations based on market metrics.
