Sales Associate – (CoStar Group), Albuquerque, NM.

Responsibilities- Business Development – Prospect opportunities and identify upsell and renewal opportunities using CoStar market data.
- Relationship Management – Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor and grow revenue.
- Business Industry Acumen – Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies, multifamily real‑estate trends, and market dynamics.
- Teamwork – Partner with internal teams to drive sales revenue and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Customer Focus – Provide outstanding support, share market insights, and offer solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
- Three or more years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or advertising; or equivalent experience in the multifamily industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a consultative environment.
- Commitment to previous employers.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to drive regularly throughout the workday.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person institution.
- At least 18 months of successful CoStar Group sales experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a consultative environment.
- Commitment to prior employers.

- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
