Showroom & Sales Counter Associate

Star Sales Distributing is seeking a Showroom & Sales Counter Associate to join our team. This position plays an important role in supporting daily customer interactions, sales operations, and office support. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and enjoys working with contractors, customers, and team members in a fast-paced environment.

This position will assist customers at our warehouse sales counter, support showroom sales, answer incoming calls, and help with daily office responsibilities.

• Assist customers at the warehouse sales counter with flooring products, tools, supplies, and orders
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to contractors, installers, designers, and walk-in customers
• Assist customers in the showroom with flooring selections and product information
• Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls, and provide general customer assistance
• Support daily sales activities and communicate customer needs with the sales team
• Process sales transactions, prepare orders, and assist with customer pickups
• Maintain an organized and professional showroom environment
• Assist with office duties including filing, paperwork, data entry, and general administrative tasks
• Support the team with other daily operational needs

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Comfortable working with customers in person and over the phone
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn company systems
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Flooring, construction, warehouse, or sales experience is a plus but not required
