Based in Albuquerque, NM, Motus Marketing is currently hiring Junior Marketing Associate to work full-time in a fast-paced, retail-based setting. This role is perfect for individuals looking to build experience in sales and marketing, while being part of a supportive, high-energy team.

As a Junior Marketing Associate, you’ll be assigned to one of our clients and work inside local retail stores, helping to introduce their products and services to new customers. Your day-to-day will include:

• Engaging with customers on the sales floor and answering questions
• Promoting products and increasing brand awareness through direct marketing
• Meeting daily and weekly sales targets in a retail setting
• Maintaining a positive, professional image of the client’s brand
• Attending team meetings, trainings, and ongoing workshops for skills development
