Presales Technical Consultant

• Understanding customer requirements, you will help position technical solutions to solve customer's business challenges.
• Presales Technical Consultants provide technical presentations to customers on a wide array of HP solutions (including HP Cloud Endpoint Manager) and build trust as technical advisors.
• You will work closely with the sales team to win new business while retaining existing customers.
• Build strong relationships with technical decision makers, have a thorough understanding of the IT industry and key technologies, and possess strong communication skills.

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
• Preferred Certifications CompTIA (Security+, Cloud+)
• Deep knowledge of HP services, solutions, and hardware.
• Possess or have a plan to acquire industry certifications in the areas of IT security, Modern Deployment and workforce solutions.

Demonstrates expertise in technical selling and consultative selling, with a strong focus on building relationships with customers and understanding their business challenges. Proficient in presenting technical solutions and knowledgeable about HP services and solutions.
