Junior Account Representative

Motus Marketing is a growing sales and marketing firm based in Albuquerque, NM. We're looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join our team as Junior Account Representatives
.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to build professional experience, and is looking for hands-on training and opportunities for growth

You'll represent our clients inside local retail stores, connect with customers face-to-face, and help drive sales through direct marketing and customer engagement. This is a full-time, fully onsite position for local candidates who are available to start ASAP.

As a Junior Account Representative, you'll work inside one of our partnered retail locations, representing our clients and introducing their products and services to new customers. No prior sales experience is required. We provide the training and support you need to succeed.

• Represent our clients through face-to-face sales and direct marketing
• Learn and confidently communicate client products and services
• Increase brand awareness and generate new sales
• Meet daily and weekly sales goals
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing workshops

• Hourly base pay plus performance-based bonuses
