We’re seeking an energetic, customer-focused BDC Sales/E-Commerce Specialist to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for online and phone leads, ensuring each guest receives an exceptional, professional, and efficient experience. You’ll manage inbound leads, follow up on sales inquiries, and help guide customers seamlessly through the online buying and appointment process. Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries via the internet and by phone regarding vehicle availability, pricing, and features.
Schedule sales and service appointments while maintaining strong communication with customers and team members.
Manage and track all leads in the CRM system, ensuring accurate, detailed records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with potential buyers to convert leads into appointments and confirmed sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to support promotional campaigns and drive online traffic.
Maintain a strong understanding of current inventory, vehicle features, pricing, and incentives.
Achieve and exceed monthly goals for appointments, conversions, and customer satisfaction.
Provide ongoing feedback to management on customer trends, digital engagement, and lead quality.
Uphold Power Ford’s standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer care in all communications.
Continuously develop knowledge of Ford products, technologies, and e-commerce tools through ongoing training.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree or relevant coursework preferred).
Prior experience in automotive BDC, sales, customer service, or call center environment preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer literacy with CRM, email, and digital marketing tools.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive, energetic attitude and professional phone presence.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must be reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
