lead and develop a high-performing sales team, implement customer-driven strategies, and achieve sales targets within neuropsychiatric and neurological disorder portfolios.

• manage team hiring, onboarding, performance, and coaching
• develop local strategic plans aligned with business priorities
• drive demand generation and care transition initiatives
• analyze performance data to identify opportunities
• collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs and Marketing
• ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards
• leverage AI-enabled tools for planning and insights

• minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• 6+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales or cross-functional roles
• valid driver’s license
• ability to travel up to 50%
• residence or willingness to relocate within the geographic area
