• Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of public right‑of‑way areas to identify potential safety and security risks
• Maintain a visible presence and engage in professional public interactions
• Document all interactions in a clear and concise written report, ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of required documentation
• Communicate and pass on all pertinent information to fellow team members, other safety teams, and the client
• Monitor and detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft, and other criminal behavior
• Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking, or possession of prohibited items
• Respond to calls of distress, alarms, and emergencies such as fire, injuries, or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders
• Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner
• Ensure all rules, regulations, and enforcement policies are being followed
• Other duties as determined by management

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience
• Minimum of one year of security experience
• Must be able to pass pre‑employment screening (background and drug)
• Position requires occasional crawling, crouching, climbing stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping, and walking for extended periods of time

• Must have a current, valid New Mexico Level II Guard License
• Willing to conduct extended foot patrols of the district area up to and including six hours
• Must have a clean driving record
• Applicants must be able and willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays if needed
• Willing to undergo background check and reliable transportation to and from work
