Your day to day as a Security Officer

As a Security Officer, your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property. General Requirements for All Security Guard Applicants

Applicants must:

Be at least 18 years of age
.

Pass the jurisprudence examination with a score of 90% or higher
.

Provide proof of completing a department-approved, in-person training program
.

Submit all documentation required by the State of New Mexico.

No online training is accepted. All training must be taught in person by a board-recommended, department-approved instructor.
