C. Penney - - Responsibilities:
Observe store activities to detect theft and fraud and collect investigative evidence;
Conduct external interviews with customers and contractors suspected of theft in accordance with law and policy;
Document all stages of investigations and report to AP and store leadership;
Attend court hearings as required and coordinate with local law enforcement;
Travel to designated stores as needed to conduct investigations and training; support safety and incident response
