Armed Security Officer Afternoon Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, government location policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an armed patrol post;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns through proper channels;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or authorizations, and assist with controlling entry and movement of visitors, staff, and contractors in accordance with location requirements;
Support public-facing operations by interacting professionally with employees, visitors, and community members, and assist law enforcement and/or first responders during incidents when needed
