Security Field Supervisor
Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Field Supervisor to support operations for remotely managed accounts. The Field Supervisor performs on‑site supervision of Security Professionals (SPs) and ensures site coverage at all times. The role works closely with Operations Managers on a day‑to‑day basis to supervise remote service delivery.
Pay and LocationPayrate: $20.96 per hour.

Albuquerque, NM.
- Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance, address daily operations issues, communicate policy changes or company information, adjust staffing schedules as needed, and conduct post inspections to ensure professional image and quality standards.
- Conduct on‑the‑job training, in coordination with site supervision, of new employees assigned to post or when changes to post orders are made; this may include orientation to the post, review of post orders, routine responsibilities, and how to respond to emergency situations or specific client needs.
- Respond to call‑offs that occur during shift, identifying replacements or standing post until replacements arrive, and assist Scheduler with scheduling for call‑offs or other changes at the site.
- Identify personnel problems at posts (e.g., payroll issues, employee relations complaints) and forward them to Operations Manager and/or Corporate Human Resources Director; may also write reports or assist investigations as directed.
- Administer counseling or disciplinary actions directed by Branch Manager and/or Corporate HR Director.
- Distribute information to posts as directed by Branch or Corporate office, including communicating such information to Security Officers at posts and obtaining signed acknowledgements or other documents.
- Respond to client or site emergencies as they arise, ensuring appropriate communication to Operations and/or Branch Manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience; no major violations in last 36 months, no more than one at‑fault accident in last 24 months, and no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months.
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional protective service experience.
- Ability to write effective, concise reports in legible handwriting.
- Judgment and discretion; outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact at all levels of the organization, including clients.
- Demonstrated initiative, ability to handle and prioritize multiple assignments, and manage deadlines.
- Experience in scheduling, operations management, or other leadership functions of the security industry.
- Prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement, and/or military.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance.
- Enrollment in company 401(k) plan, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days.
- Vacation time at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly; unused vacation paid out where required by law.
