Security Officer Patrol Driving Role – Albuquerque, NMAs a Security Officer Patrol Driving Role you will serve and safeguard clients across various industries such as Government. You will work as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, remaining visible to deter security-related incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour
Job Schedule: Mon–Tue–Wed–Thur–Sun 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM
What You’ll Do- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate relevant information to supervisors, public officials, and first responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and observe site activity in accordance with post orders, documenting security-related incidents, hazards, and/or policy concerns promptly.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
