• Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only

• Armed Level 3 Security License from the state of New Mexico required
• At least 1 year of previous Armed Guard experience required

• Ability to obtain security certification according to the State of New Mexico
• Ability to pass drug screen
• Ability to pass background check
• E-Verification Approval
• Completion of on-boarding process
• Approval and interview with assigned site manager

• Maintain a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring premises and patrolling various locations
• Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area
• Provide customer service and information to client employees and customers
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem‑solving skills
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site
• Vigilance: seeing, hearing, and evaluating potential risks or incidents on customer premises

Pay: $22.50 per hour (plus overtime where applicable)
