Armed Security Officer Patrol

Position: Armed Security Officer  Patrol
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or local authorities as appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Control access at designated entry points by verifying credentials, monitoring visitor activity, and following post orders related to restricted areas, property checks, and/or after-hours access.;
Support public-facing operations by providing directions, assisting with de-escalation when needed, and maintaining a visible presence that helps to deter disruptions and promotes orderly operations.
