Job Summary
Level 3 Armed Field Supervisor (Graveyard Shift) – Albuquerque, NM
Salary: $24 per hour. Must be a licensed Level 3 Armed Security Guard in New Mexico and possess a personal semi‑automatic firearm (9mm, .40 cal, or .45 cal). The role requires at least 1 year of prior Field Supervisor experience.
Shift: Friday 12:00‑6:00 AM and 6:00‑6:00 AM;
Saturday and Sunday 6:00‑6:00 AM (42 hours per week). Full‑time position.
- 21 years of age or older for armed roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience (required only for armed roles).
- Current Level 3 Armed Security Guard license in New Mexico.
- Background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
- Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
- Ability to commute to Albuquerque, NM.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring premises and conducting regular and random patrols.
- Enforce order, regulations, and directives for personnel, visitors, and the area.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem‑solving skill.
- Provide customer service and information to client employees and customers.
- Document and report incidents, incident logs, write reports, and handle scheduling and payroll tasks as required.
- Serve as an open forum for employees and customers to voice opinions, report improprieties, and share information.
