Armed Level 3 Flex Security Guard - Albuquerque, NM

Position Overview

Seeking Level 3 Flex Armed Security Guards in Albuquerque, NM.

• Must have a current Level 3 Security Guard Card in the State of New Mexico.
• Must have own firearm to carry on the job (e.g., 9mm, .45 cal, .40 cal, must be semi‑automatic).
• Must have experience as an Armed Security Officer.
• Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold an Armed Level 3 Security License from the state of New Mexico.
• Experience:
  
  at least 1 year of previous Armed Guard experience required.

• Actively monitor premises, including patrolling various locations.
• Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for the client site.
• Provide customer service and information to client employees and customers.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Remain vigilant and notice potential risks or incidents that may take place on client premises.

• Armed Level 3 Security License from New Mexico.
• Background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
• Ability to obtain security certification according to the State of New Mexico.
