Security Officer Armed Field Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access.;
Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and high-traffic locations, verifying credentials and/or access permissions in accordance with site protocols and applicable post orders.;
Support investigations of security-related concerns by preparing detailed reports, preserving relevant information, and following direction regarding evidence handling, alarms, and/or emergency notifications.
