Armed Field Supervisor; Graveyard Shift - Albuquerque, NM

Seeking Level 3 Armed Field Supervisor (Graveyard Shift) in Albuquerque, NM. Salary: $24 per hour.

• Full‑time graveyard shift covering Friday 12:00 am–6:00 am, Saturday and Sunday 6:00 pm–6:00 am (42 hours total).
• Must be actively licensed in New Mexico as a Level 3 Armed Security Guard.
• Must possess a personal semi‑automatic firearm (9 mm, .40 cal, or .45 cal) for on‑site service.
• Requires prior experience as a Field Supervisor and experience with scheduling, payroll, and report writing.
• Job duties include maintaining a safe environment, monitoring premises, patrolling, enforcing regulations, responding to incidents, and providing customer service.

• 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience (required only for armed roles).
• Background investigation required;
  Premier Protective Security will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required only for driving positions.

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring premises, including patrolling.
• Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site concerning personnel, visitors, and the area.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; adapt to varying working environments.
• Provide customer service and information to client employees and customers.
• Document incidents and prepare reports as required.
• Act as a vigilant observer, noting potential risks or incidents on client premises.
