Mon – Fri: 8AM – 5PM
As a Recruiter, you will recruit for security officer positions and perform a variety of HR administration functions. Some responsibilities may include:
- Recruiting – phone screens, interviewing, job offers, & internal transfers.
- Assist with new hire training and orientation.
- Participate in hiring events.
- Maintain personnel files.
- Conduct various HR / Administrative duties.
- District Manager support.
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Life,AD&D, &Disability Insurance, Plus 401K Options.
- 10 Vacation Days Accrued.
- 6 Sick Days.
- 4 Floating Holidays Per Year.
- Holiday Pay – New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, & Christmas Day.
- Floating Holidays – Four Floating Holiday (Per Calendar Year).
- Paid Family Leave – Up To 12 Weeks Per Year In Accordance With State law.

- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Above average computer / technology skills needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
- Must have great attention to detail.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
- Must have reliable means of communication & transportation.
- Must have the legal right to work in the USA.
- Must have the ability to read, speak and write English.
- Basic HR knowledge preferred, not required.
