Mobile Services Manager

Securitas seeks a Mobile Services Manager to lead day-to-day operations of mobile security teams serving diverse client sites. In this role, you will oversee patrol routes, alarm response, and safety checks, ensuring high-quality, professional service aligned with Securitas standards. Responsibilities include supervising and training officers, coordinating schedules and vehicle deployment, managing incidents, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will promote a culture of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness while supporting performance reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule mobile security officers across assigned client sites
• Ensure high-quality delivery of mobile patrol, alarm response, and safety services
• Serve as primary contact for clients, handling service issues and performance updates
• Monitor incident reports and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Train, coach, and evaluate mobile officers to meet Securitas standards
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies and procedures
• Coordinate deployment of vehicles, equipment, and technology for mobile teams
• Track KPIs, prepare basic reports, and support contract retention and growth
• Collaborate with branch leadership on staffing, coverage plans, and emergencies
• Promote a culture of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness among team members
