Position Summary
Monitor and analyze safety and security data to identify risks and support informed decision-making across transit operations. This position works closely with internal departments, law enforcement, and vendors to manage security systems, respond to incidents, and implement improvements.

Essential functions may include, but are not limited to the functions listed below. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS:
Education and experience directly related to the minimum requirements below may be interchangeable on a year for year basis. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, criminal justice, information systems, or public administration, or related field; and Five (5) years' experience in managing security operations and enforcement, public transportation.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Possession of a valid New Mexico Driver's License, or the ability to obtain by date of hire. Possession of a City Operator's Permit (COP) within six (6) months from date of hire.
Environmental:
Office environment; exposure to computer screens; travel from site to site; exposure to inclement weather conditions; possible exposure to noise.
Physical Requirements:
Essential and supplemental functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for moderate lifting, sitting, walking or standing for prolonged periods of time; operating motorized vehicles.
