As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to staff, visitors, and patients. ** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to visitors, donors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a healthcare-related location.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, parking areas, entrances, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, or policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

+ Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting appropriate responders when needed.

+ Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation while maintaining a professional, respectful presence in a donor-facing environment.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.

+ Handcuffs/Pepper Spray/Baton experience is preferred.

+ Pepper Spray Certification is preferred.

+ CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
