Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at government facilities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.;
Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs in accordance with site requirements and Allied Universal procedures.
