Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our industrial team. The Electrical Foreman is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily electrical work while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with all applicable codes and standards.
Job Description
- Supervise and lead electrical crews on job sites
- Plan, schedule, and assign daily work activities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and company standards
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades
- Enforce safety policies and conduct job‑site safety meetings
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and job‑site issues
- Order materials and manage tools and equipment on‑site
- Train, mentor, and evaluate electricians and apprentices
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of hands‑on electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and repairs
- Ability to manage crews and multiple tasks simultaneously
- Solid understanding of job‑site safety practices and OSHA standards
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical plans accurately
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites as needed
- Foreman or supervisory experience (preferred)
$47,000 - $80,000
