As an Apprentice Plumber / Drain Technician at

B. Carlson, you’ll work alongside experienced technicians to diagnose, service, and repair residential plumbing and drain systems. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role where you’ll learn the trade, build strong technical skills, and deliver 5‑star service on every call. You’ll be in the field daily, representing the

B. Carlson brand with professionalism, honesty, and pride in your work.

• Assist with residential drain cleaning, repairs, and basic plumbing services
• Diagnose plumbing issues and clearly explain solutions to customers
• Perform inspections and document findings using Service Titan on an iPad
• Upsell repairs and solutions ethically, based on customer needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized company vehicle and job site
• Follow all safety standards, company processes, and quality guidelines
• Continue learning through on‑the‑job training and ongoing education

• A valid apprentice plumber card
• 1+ year of drain cleaning and/or plumbing experience
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
