• proper diagnosis of all transmissions
• timely and efficient repairs
• accurate completion of all repairs
• test driving vehicles to ensure proper operation
• may perform non-transmission related repairs as needed
• maintain a cooperative working relationship with other employees
• perform additional duties as assigned by management

responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles and equipment. This includes performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting engine and system issues, and ensuring all work meets safety and performance standards. The role often involves working with heavy-duty trucks, buses, and road vehicles. Strong mechanical aptitude, familiarity with diagnostic tools, and knowledge of transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems are essential.
