Respond promptly to emergency calls involving water, fire, smoke, mold, sewage, biohazard, or storm damage at residential and commercial properties.;
Perform demolition and removal of damaged building materials and contents as needed to stabilize the property.;
Clean, sanitize, and deodorize affected areas using appropriate chemicals, tools, and techniques.;
Assist with mitigation efforts to prevent further damage, including water extraction, drying, and containment.;
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during demolition, cleanup, and restoration tasks.
