We are seeking hardworking and reliable Missile Crew Members to join our fiber installation teams across New Mexico. If you have experience in underground construction or directional drilling support, this is a great opportunity to grow in the fiber industry.

What is a Missile Crew Member? Missile (or pneumatic boring) crews are responsible for installing underground conduit by driving a pneumatic "missile" tool horizontally through the ground—commonly used for road crossings, driveways, and tight-access areas.

• Assist with setup and operation of pneumatic boring (missile) equipment
• Dig entry and exit pits for bores
• Align and launch missile for accurate underground installations
• Install conduit for fiber optic cable
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Work closely with drill operators, locators, and crew members
• Follow all safety guidelines and job site procedures

• Experience in underground utility construction or similar field preferred
• Ability to operate hand tools and small equipment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical labor
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license
• Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
