Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician; Mobile

At C&W Services, we are dedicated to creating a positive impact globally and we are seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician (Mobile) for our maintenance team.

• Maintenance:
  Perform routine proactive and reactive maintenance on buildings and equipment, including BMS, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Execution:
  Carry out tasks assigned by supervisors or Work Control, documenting and finalizing work requests as needed.
• Work Orders:
  Respond to, complete, and close work order requests in the CMMS system, ensuring accurate time and task reporting for tracking and billing.
• Safety:
  Follow all C&W Services safety policies and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Communication:
  Maintain a positive working relationship across all Operations facilities.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Experience troubleshooting general conveyance systems and building systems.
• General knowledge of tools, building maintenance procedures, and industrial facility equipment.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Strong written and mathematical skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Associate’s or higher degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in Mechanical or Electrical field.
• Experience with robotic operation and maintenance.
• Experience or knowledge of HVAC, plumbing systems, and Fire Life Safety (FLS) systems.

• Ability to reach overhead, kneel, squat, climb steps/ladders, use an aerial lift, and frequently lift a maximum of 50 lbs. of equipment.
• Must perform tasks wearing appropriate or required PPE, which may include hard hat, face mask, face shield, and composite toe shoes.
• Regularly required to crouch or bend and reach to install/move equipment.
• Involves several hours of daily driving of fleet truck to sites within your assigned territory/node.
• Work in a warehouse environment with fluctuating temperatures.
• Regularly required to type on a computer or tablet for 1-2 hours per day.

Hourly rate: $29.80 – $35.06.
