Get to Know Your Team:

* Lovelace Medical Center is an acute care hospital with 263 licensed beds, providing comprehensive care, including around-the-clock emergency care, surgical services, non-invasive robotic spine surgery, stroke care, radiology, and oncology services.

Responsibilities

* Performs a wide range of advanced, technical, journeyman-level preventive maintenance and repairs for assigned facilities and/or departments, including plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilating, and/or air conditioning services.

* Required to perform licensed trades tasks, such as a light equipment operator, carpenter, painter, and/or locksmith.

* Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent

* Three (3) years of related experience

* Ability to communicate effectively

* Ability to follow instructions and work independently

* Ability to read and interpret blueprints

* NM journeyman license in either construction trades or some type of certificate of training in the trades field.

* NM Driver's License. In order to drive a Lovelace-owned vehicle, you must possess a valid NM driver's license with no DUI/DWI within the last five years.
