Maintenance Technician

Service Technician (Hourly)

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician for our growing team. We are ideally looking for someone with advanced diagnostic and repair skills for Recreational Vehicle (RV) coach systems, generators and coach body repairs. The ideal candidate is passionate about fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems, with strong attention to detail, a self‑motivated attitude, and a comprehensive understanding of all maintenance and repairs.

• Provide and document complete diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.

• Certification from a college or technical school in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, maintenance, or a related trade field is helpful, but applicable work experience is also considered.
• Minimum of 1‑year service‑technician experience or related field experience preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25lb. and move up to 50lb. with assistive devices; ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for prolonged periods.
• Exposure to heights, hazards related to electrical and welding equipment, and environmental conditions such as heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust, and wetness.

Pay Range: $22.00‑$53.48 per hour. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
