Role OverviewAs an Apprentice Installer, you will install insulation and related building products such as fireplaces, gutters, mirrors, shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, and home wrap, following work orders, manufacturer specifications, and safety guidelines.
Responsibilities- Install company products in accordance with work order, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.
- Prep daily work schedule and ensure all product(s), tools, and equipment are loaded for the day.
- Perform vehicle safety checks, job site inspections, and safe unloading and staging of materials.
- Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
- Conduct warehouse‑related duties as required.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned per collective bargaining agreements.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Valid driver’s license if operating company vehicle.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Elevated clamping, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and ladder‑climbing capability.
Local travel required; occasional out‑of‑town travel as needed. Daily travel to job sites.
Physical RequirementsAbility to lift 50 lbs. unassisted, climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work. Ladder climbing as needed.
CompensationHourly rate: $9.43 – $18.35.
