Job Description

We are seeking a Journeyman to practice best insulation practices and train teammates.

• Install products as allowed by the collective bargaining agreement and project labor agreement.
• Understand blueprints and sketches. Measure, shape, and cut materials to specified measurements.
• Insulate, spray, plaster, trowel, seal, cover, wrap, staple, glue and fit insulating/sealant/foam/materials.
• Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job site.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean work area at all times.
• Perform any other duty, task, or responsibility as assigned per the CBAs.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.

Requires awareness of safety protocols and ability to manage hazardous environments.

Local travel; out of town travel as required. Daily travel to job sites.

Able to lift 50 lbs unassisted to load and unload various products. Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand as needed, including ladder climbing and access to confined spaces.

$24.08 – $24.08 per hour. Final base salary will vary based on job-related factors.
