• At least two years of hands‑on experience turning wrecks into road‑ready rides.
• Frame and structural know‑how: ability to pull, straighten, and square aligned frames.

• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team‑first attitude: collaborates with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

• Blueprint and execute full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to bring vehicles back to factory specs.
• Reassemble quality components, ensuring fit and finish meet standards.
• Maintain clean and safe work area, adhering to company safety and tidiness protocols.
• Work as part of a team to move vehicles through repair stages efficiently.
