• Install, clean, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair ice machine equipment to maximize life and reliability
• Provide on-site service and support, build positive customer relationships, and complete detailed service reports
• Lead installation processes when required and meet customer expectations for accurate, timely, and efficient work
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on the first visit to minimize downtime
• Meet or exceed performance metrics related to service response times and customer feedback
• Maintain proper truck stock and vehicle upkeep per company policy
• Assist in managing on-site tasks and safety protocols during field operations
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and professional presentation at all times

Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); vocational/technical training preferred

Experience:

• 1+ year experience in diagnosis and repair of commercial equipment (refrigeration, electrical, HVAC, ice machines, or related)
• EPA 2 Certification
• Working knowledge of mobile tools and applications
• Ability to demonstrate voltmeter operations
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including rotating on-call
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing repair and maintenance issues
• Time management and task prioritization to complete service calls timely
• Ability to maintain organized records of service activities
• Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction

• Certificates, Licenses and Registrations: EPA 2 Certification

• High-energy individual with a positive attitude and strong commitment to customer satisfaction
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and service protocols
• Strong work ethic and dedication to service protocol excellence

• The employee is often required to stand, walk, sit, use ladders, manipulate surfaces and tools, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, or crawl
• Occasionally lift and move up to 75 pounds
• Stands for extended periods (6+ hours per day)
• Noise level may vary; safety precautions required
• Drive a vehicle for up to 60 percent of the hours worked
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules
